Lestar Hotel Hanoi

Smashing hotel on the fringe of the old quarter. Beautifully appointed and well maintained rooms, plumbing and aircon that works as it should, but most of all absolutely fantastic staff. Generous and varied breakfast with views over the city. The staff are generous with their care and attention, having good local knowledge and dedicated resources to help with booking excursions and onward travel. Hard to ask for more!

We absolutely loved our 4-night stay at the Lestar hotel. We really liked the room, which was very comfortable, spacious and clean. We experienced great service and kindness. The staff was always lovely, very solicitous and super helpful. Breakfast was very good with great options, also for vegetarians. Also the location of the hotel is very convenient. All the nice spots of Hanoi are within walking distance but the Lestar is far enough from the busy and loud streets of the old quarter - so quiet and peaceful nights are guaranteed. :-) Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The staff at the front desk, both the young lady and gentleman, were incredibly welcoming (I forgot to ask for their names, but they were on duty the evening of October 13th,2024). I stayed for two nights, and on the second night, the young lady at the front desk kindly upgraded me to a deluxe room for free. The stay was fantastic, and the breakfast was great. There are plenty of dining options nearby, ranging from local specialties to fast food like fried chicken and burgers. The hotel is also very close to Hanoi's famous train street café spot, and it's a quick ride on a Grab Bike. Special thanks to the front desk gentleman for recommending the best viewing point! I highly recommend this hotel, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Hanoi.

*copying my boyfriend’s review from google* Genuinely the best hotel you'll find in the old quarter. The hotel is really new and looks exactly like the pictures. Also the service was excellent! We enjoyed chatting with the staff since they all spoke English really well. Onsite breakfast was also really tasty and super convenient. My *boyfriend and I are traveling for another 2 weeks throughout Vietnam but we will 100% be staying here again when we come back to fly out of Hanoi! Also, Jenny and Gigi are super helpful and provided great recommendations on tours and local spots.

Hotel and the room was very clean, they have attached the actual photos of hotel and rooms. Breakfast was nice and good spread. They didn’t forget to give us breakfast pack since we had to checkout early morning to go to airport. Staff were nice and attentive, they could understand and speak English. gave us all the details about area and helped us through out. They were nice enough to give us a room upgrade and a souvenir. Hotel is located very close to old quarter. Just a 5-7 mins walk.
